Remove old lab2/3 start code

Simon Sundberg requested to merge simosund/dvgb03:HT24-cleanup into master

Previous instances of the course have used Python for lab 2 and 3. From this year, the course will instead use C for all labs, so remove the old Python start code for lab 2 and 3. The new C start code will be added later.
